Wide range of applications
Depending on the configuration, the filter-based photometer enables a range of detection modes e.g. upper fluorescence intensity measurements (FI), time-resolved fluorescence (TRF), time-resolved fluorescence-resonance energy transfer (TR-FRET/HTRF) and fluorescence polarisation for binding studies.
The reader also offers temperature control, improved shaking and optional injectors for cell-based assays. The compatibility with 6 to 384 well plates, low volume plates and NanoQuant plates ensures a high level of flexibility.
The Infinite F200 can also be fully integrated into an automated liquid handling workstation from the Tecan Freedom EVO series.
