Tecan microplate readers are among the most advanced and reliable devices anywhere in the world. The Safire2 offers a high level of flexibility while delivering great performance.

Wide range of applications

The Safire2 from Tecan is a modular, monochromator-based microplate detection system that offers a range of high-speed fluorescence techniques. Depending on their configuration, detection modules for upper and lower fluorescence intensity measurements, fluorescence polarisation studies and multi-channel absorbance and luminescence measurements and many more are available.

The device can also be combined with a stacker module for stack processing of up to 50 microplates. Alternatively, the Infinite M1000 can be fully integrated into an automated liquid handling workstation from the Tecan Freedom EVO series.
