Wide range of applications
Depending on the configuration, the Infinite M1000 offers alongside multi-channel absorbance measurements a range of detection modes e.g. upper and lower fluorescence intensity measurements, time-resolved fluorescence (TRF), fluorescence-resonance energy transfer (FRET), time-resolved fluorescence-resonance energy transfer (TR-FRET), fluorescence polarisation (FP) and luminescence.
The device can also be combined with a stacker module for stack processing of up to 50 microplates. The Infinite M1000 can also be fully integrated into an automated liquid handling workstation from the Tecan Freedom EVO series.
